This month we are continuing our conversation about tools and are going to talk about sight pushers. While sight pushers are not a mandatory tool for gunsmiths, there has been a number of threads on the GCA Forum regarding sight pushers. Sight pushers are not necessarily mandatory but they may save you money in the long run and I will explain why buying a better sight pusher can save you money and maybe your reputation. As we continue to talk about tools for new and seasoned gunsmiths this is another area where you need to know about different sight pushers and better options. While my top pick is not inexpensive, it is a tool that will last longer and I believe can save you money in the long run.
